- Do you have insurance?
We comply with the Ohio Revised Code and have our rides inspected and insured.
- Is there a delivery fee?
We offer Free delivery within a forty mile radius of Pickerington, Ohio. There will be a $3.00 / mile charge for anything over forty miles. (To give you an idea - Lancaster is about 25 miles away and Dublin is about 22 miles away.)
- Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a $100 rental deposit to reserve the inflatable. We will apply the deposit onto your payment after the event. There is no cancellation fee if prior to the set up there is rain or high winds and we decide that it would be unsafe to set up. Please call us if the weather looks questionable. However, there is a $50 cancellation fee if the unit is set up.
- What kind of power source do I need?
We recommend a 110 amp outlet and only one extension cord. If you need a generator, we can rent one for an additional $50 dollars.
- How big of an area do I need for the set up?
Whether you are using the inflatable indoors or outdoors, you need a least 5 feet clearance on each side. Also, tree branches, wires, ceilings, and rooftops must not be touching the inflatable. We take pride in our clean inflatables and insist that all animal yard waste must be removed; we can do it for an additional $40. We do have the obligation to deny a rental due to unsafe conditions.
- Does the inflatable require an attendant?
Yes. An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. You may provide the adult, or we can have a friendly, trained staff member to allow you to enjoy your event.
